Terms of Service

Ai pharma connects pharmacies with suppliers and warehouses. These terms describe how the application works.

Who may use Ai pharma

Accounts are intended for licensed pharmacies and for licensed suppliers and warehouses. Ai pharma reviews every new registration, and an account can be used only after Ai pharma has activated it.

Ai pharma is a business-to-business tool. It is not a service for patients and does not dispense, sell or deliver medicines to the public.

Orders and prices

Prices and stock levels in supplier offers are set by the suppliers themselves. A supplier’s minimum order value is set by Ai pharma. An individual product can carry its own minimum; when it does, the minimum for an order from that supplier is the highest minimum among the products in that order. An order placed through Ai pharma is a request to a supplier; the supplier decides whether to accept it. Ai pharma administrators can also change an order’s status.

The optimizer suggests how to split a shortage list across suppliers. It is a suggestion. Checking that an order is correct and lawful for your pharmacy remains your responsibility.

Auctions

Auctions are for pharmacies. A pharmacy sells units from one of its own stock lots, and other pharmacies bid. Warehouse and supplier accounts do not take part in auctions: they cannot sell a lot, bid or see one.

To sell, a pharmacy submits one of its own stock lots and states the units to auction, the starting price and the minimum increment, and a reserve price if it wants one. Bidders never see the reserve price. The units are held back from that lot as soon as the submission is made. A submission is a request to Ai pharma: it is not visible to other pharmacies and does not open for bidding until an Ai pharma administrator approves it. Ai pharma decides whether to approve or reject it, sets the bidding period on approval and may change the starting price, the reserve price and the minimum increment. A rejected submission is cancelled and its units go back to the lot.

Bidding opens and closes at the times Ai pharma set for the auction. Any pharmacy may bid except the selling pharmacy, which cannot bid on its own auction. The server checks every bid: the first bid must be at least the starting price, each later bid must be at least the current price plus the minimum increment, and no bid is accepted on a lot that has passed its expiry date. A bid cannot be changed or withdrawn once it is placed. Bidders are not named to each other; you see only which bids are yours. Ai pharma may close a live auction early, in which case the winner is decided at once from the bids already placed. Ai pharma may also withdraw an auction before it closes; the units then go back to the seller and no bid results in a sale.

When bidding closes, Ai pharma’s server names the winner: the highest bid, and where two bids are equal the earlier one. If there were no bids, or the highest bid is below the seller’s reserve price, there is no winner and no sale, and the units go back to the seller.

The winning pharmacy pays the winning amount through the payment flow in Ai pharma by the deadline shown on the auction. Ai pharma’s commission on the sale is taken from that amount and shown to the seller with what is left. If the deadline passes without a completed payment or a payment still being processed, the server expires the win: the units go back to the seller, the auction is not sold, and no other bidder becomes the winner. Ai pharma does not guarantee that an auction will attract bids, that a winner will pay, or that a lot will sell.

After payment, the two pharmacies hand the goods over between themselves; Ai pharma does not transport or deliver them. The selling pharmacy records in the app that it handed the goods over, and the winning pharmacy records that it received them. The amount owed to the seller becomes payable once the winning pharmacy confirms receipt. Ai pharma makes that payment outside the app and records it against the auction with its transfer reference; these Terms do not set a time limit for it. The two pharmacies remain responsible for the legality of the transfer, for the condition of the goods and for their own records.

If a settlement is refunded in full before either pharmacy recorded a handover or a receipt, the sale is undone: nothing is owed to the seller, no commission is charged and the units go back to the seller’s lot. In any other case — a partial refund, or goods that may already have moved — Ai pharma holds the amount owed to the seller for review, and neither the amount nor the stock is changed automatically.

Sponsored placement

Paid promotion places a card marked “Sponsored” in set places: the sponsored row on the home screen, the sponsored slot above medicine search results (on the website, also above the offer comparison for a medicine) and the sponsored slot on the supplier list. Where a promoted supplier also appears in an ordinary list, its entry may be marked “Sponsored” too, and on the website its offers are highlighted in the offer comparison. Promotion never changes whether a product may be listed or traded.

Balance and points

Reward points are marked “Coming soon”, and the Ai pharma Balance is not available. No balance or points can be earned, used, withdrawn or transferred today, and they carry no cash value.

Medicine catalogue information

Ai pharma provides a medicine catalogue to support pharmacies and warehouses in managing products, stock and orders. The catalogue lists product details such as trade name, generic name, strength, dosage form, manufacturer, pack size and barcode. Ai pharma does not claim exclusive ownership of general medicine facts such as medicine names, active ingredients, strengths, dosage forms, manufacturers and pack sizes.

The catalogue may contain errors or be out of date, and it is not updated automatically. It is not medical, regulatory or registration advice, and a product being listed does not by itself confirm that it is currently registered or available. Check a product’s details against official sources and the product’s own labelling before relying on them.

Open-data attribution, as the Jordan Open Government Data License requires for data used under it: Jordan Food and Drug Administration, “OTC Drug list”, opendata.gov.jo/dataset/otc-drug-list-3163-2024, published on the platform on 10 June 2024 and last updated on 16 July 2025, downloaded by Ai pharma on 20 September 2026, Jordan Open Government Data Platform, opendata.gov.jo. This attribution does not mean that Ai pharma has any official status, or that the publisher or the platform endorses or supports it, and neither of them is responsible for Ai pharma or its catalogue.

Content you upload

Businesses upload content to Ai pharma, such as product and package photos, product details, offer and promotion text, inventory and shortage-list files, other documents and support messages. You keep ownership of the content you upload, and Ai pharma does not claim ownership of it.

You give NIBRAS LEADERSHIP FOR SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS LLC, which operates Ai pharma, a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to host, store, copy, back up, process, read (including by automated document reading), resize, format, display, transmit and make available that content, only as needed to provide, secure and support Ai pharma and to keep the records it has to keep. The service providers that host and run Ai pharma may do the same on its behalf. Your offers, including their promotion text, are shown to activated pharmacies and to Ai pharma’s administrators, in the mobile app and on the website. This permission does not allow Ai pharma to sell your content or to use it to advertise Ai pharma outside the service.

If you add a product that is new to the shared catalogue, the product details and package photo you give may become part of that catalogue: the details become the catalogue entry and the photo its catalogue image, shown to every signed-in business that views the product. Because the catalogue is shared, Ai pharma may keep showing that entry and image in the shared catalogue, only within Ai pharma, after you stop offering the product or your account is closed, and may change or replace them; this does not transfer ownership of the photo to Ai pharma.

When an item is removed or your account is closed, Ai pharma stops using that item to provide the service, except for content that is already part of an order or other record shared with another business, a record Ai pharma has to keep, and a catalogue entry or image as described above. Stored copies may remain as the Account Deletion page describes, including in backups until those backups expire.

By uploading content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to upload it and to share it in Ai pharma as these terms describe. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you provide. Do not upload content that infringes someone else’s rights, misdescribes a product, contains another person’s personal information without a lawful basis, or is offensive. A product or package photo should show the actual product it is attached to.

Ai pharma may review content that is reported to it, may remove, replace or stop showing content that breaks these terms, and may suspend an account that uploads it. If you find content in Ai pharma, including a catalogue entry, that you believe is wrong, unlawful or offensive, or that infringes your rights, report it through Contact Customer Service or by email to [email protected], and say which product or screen it appears on.

Connected features

When you register, create a shortage list, upload a file for reading, place or handle orders, take part in an auction, manage supplier offers or contact support, the information you submit is sent to Ai pharma’s servers and processed as needed to provide that feature. When document reading is enabled, the server also sends an uploaded file’s contents to Microsoft’s Azure AI Document Intelligence service to read it, as the Privacy Policy explains.

Features that the app marks “Coming soon” are not available.
